HAIR POLICY
Exchanges:
- Items must be UNUSED and UNWORN. If hair and/or products are altered in any shape or form, an exchange will not be processed.
- If the exchange does not follow the above guidelines, the exchange may not be accepted by MN Wigs Direct. Exchanges will not be processed for "change of mind" or financial hardships.
- To exchange your UNUSED and UNWORN items purchased from MN Wigs Direct, please contact us at MNWigsDirect@gmail.com
- Items may be exchanged up seven business days after purchase. After seven business days no exchange will be processed.
Returns:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the products we sell, items can NOT be reused or replaced. NO REFUNDS will be issued by MN Wigs Direct.
- MN Wigs Direct will ONLY accept returns if you have received the wrong items. Items must be UNUSED and UNWORN. If hair and/or products are altered in any shape or form. NO REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED. Please contact us at MNWigsDirect@gmail.com to return your WRONG items.
**No exchanges/refunds on wigs that have already been installed and/or the lace has been cut.
